Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel - Colton

The pool was cold. The elevator was loud.

Best Western - this brand is almost a guarantee for a beautiful hotel.

Very strong smell of chemical cleaning agents, very dark rooms, strong chlorine smell of the water

Breakfast was very good - fresh fruits, waffles, etc., the room was very well equipped - even laptop underpad was there.

The Colton site is the first Hampton I have ever used. A positive impression was created by the receptionist and this positive feeling continues. I will now consider using the chain elsewhere on out trip and will recommend it to friends visiting the us.

The only issue I had relates to some parcels I had shipped to the hotel. I had phoned to make sure this would be ok beforehand and had the parcels list both my name and stay period on the address. When I arrived 3 of the 5 were at reception. 2 of 5 were missing. I regularly checked had they arrived and was told "not". On mlk monday the parcels appeared at check out. The parcels contained items for our month long trip around the States so stress levels where unnessarily high when told they were in the post box and "we forgot to check"

It has great position in the San Bernardino area.

Impressive, great-sized rooms with couches, new equipment, lovely breakfast, favourable setting. Plenty of warm breakfast items to choose from. Location adjacent to grocery store as well as Colton for family overnight funeral. Also, in the area for a baseball tournament.

The room was kept clean and available with the shower and couches, for example.

The free breakfast was fantastic. It was well stocked and super clean. The location was just perfect, close to the highway but still quiet at night. I really appreciated the hot tub to relax after a long day.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

Had a pleasant surprise with my stay! The spacious room was excellent, particularly the cozy bed. Enjoyed the generous breakfast options, especially the real oatmeal. Walked across to Starbucks daily. A minor issue with check-in procedures, but staff remained friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return!

We stayed here with our five kids and loved the spacious rooms. The location is super convenient, just a short drive to the National Orange Show Events Center. The staff, especially Michelle, were pretty good too ensure our comfort and provided great service throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be improved. It would be great if there were more choices for families with children.

This place is perfect for me with its free wi-fi, fitness center, and heated swimming pool. The staff was kind to my old parents. I'm definitely coming back next year!

Yo, if you're into local eats, hit up Amapola Rico Taco right around the corner-some delish tacos that'll have your taste buds dancing! The staff? Super accommodating-extra towels and a big kitchen area made for easy food prep. Can't beat that!

But let's keep it real-the ventilation was a tad slow, leaving you feeling like a sauna before it kicked in. Plus, those curtains could use a serious upgrade for total darkness!

Clean room with comfortable beds. Pool needed maintenance due to algae buildup. Breakfast offered hot eggs, bacon, and waffles. Location next to restaurants is convenient.
